This policy covers refunds for services or deposits for projects engaged through the website, phone, or email.
Details
- Service deposits may be required. Deposits become non-refundable once work starts, except when we are unable to fulfill the service. In that case, a full refund is issued within fourteen business days.
- Completed services may be refunded if work does not meet the written specifications or there is a defect in workmanship. Notify us within seven days of completion.
- Cancellations before work begins receive a full refund if no materials were ordered. After materials are ordered or work has begun, refunds may be partial or not available depending on costs incurred.
- Warranty claims prioritize repair or correction. If repairs cannot resolve the issue, a refund may be considered.
- Non-refundable items include custom ordered materials and any administrative or consultation fees.
- Process Send your request with project details and any supporting documentation. We review within seven business days and notify you of the outcome.
