This policy covers refunds for services or deposits for projects engaged through the website, phone, or email.

Details

  1. Service deposits may be required. Deposits become non-refundable once work starts, except when we are unable to fulfill the service. In that case, a full refund is issued within fourteen business days.
  2. Completed services may be refunded if work does not meet the written specifications or there is a defect in workmanship. Notify us within seven days of completion.
  3. Cancellations before work begins receive a full refund if no materials were ordered. After materials are ordered or work has begun, refunds may be partial or not available depending on costs incurred.
  4. Warranty claims prioritize repair or correction. If repairs cannot resolve the issue, a refund may be considered.
  5. Non-refundable items include custom ordered materials and any administrative or consultation fees.
  6. Process Send your request with project details and any supporting documentation. We review within seven business days and notify you of the outcome.
